the hotel provided a shuttle service to the nearby train station it was very helpful. i appreciated the water fill stations available on each floor and the complimentary bottles provided daily. the staff were accommodating to requests. the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection.
i experienced a slight delay once when trying to get an iron from housekeeping.

the shuttle bus service proved convenient. i easily accessed transportation directly from the hotel. my room was especially large and very clean. the beds felt comfortable. the room provided ample space for luggage and relaxation, a true plus!!!
i encountered difficulty getting an iron. when i contacted housekeeping, i experienced several hang-ups or unanswered calls. it took multiple attempts and translations to eventually receive the iron. this process felt unnecessarily complicated.

The location is quite convenient. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from the station. The room size was nice. It offered plenty of space to walk around and store luggage.. The bathroom was a highlight. It was huge with a very large tub. The toilet was separate, which I liked a lot.
The breakfast was not great. I found the food selection quite average. I also had some issues getting an iron. When I called housekeeping, they kept hanging up or were silent when I spoke English. They advertised certain products but I did not receive any of this brand's items .
